Racehorse Trainer Andrew Balding Too Busy for Sister’s TV Show

Must Read

Andrew Balding has admitted to being too busy to watch his sister Clare in the TV show “Celebrity Traitors.” The renowned racehorse trainer is currently in a tight competition with Aidan O’Brien for the 2025 Flat trainers’ championship title, trailing by £600,000 as the season nears its end at Qipco British Champions Day at Ascot.

Despite his sister’s participation, Balding confessed he has not had the opportunity to follow her performance on the BBC primetime show. He mentioned that he plans to catch up on it using iPlayer when his kids return for half-term break.

Clare Balding faced elimination from the show after receiving seven votes from fellow contestants, revealing herself as a faithful participant. Before her exit, she formed a bond with Ruth Codd, an Irish actress who was subsequently “murdered” in the game. Codd hinted that her elimination was due to being perceived as a threat by “the traitors.”

Reflecting on her experience, Codd expressed admiration for Clare Balding and other fellow contestants like Charlotte Church and Celia Imrie. She emphasized the positive impact they had on her during the show, irrespective of their roles as traitors or faithfuls.

Codd admitted to initially being unsure about her allegiance but eventually embraced her loyalty, highlighting her preference for smaller groups and genuine interactions. The show also witnessed the elimination of prominent figures like Tom Daley, Paloma Faith, Niko Omilana, and Tameka Empson in previous episodes.

The unfolding drama in “Celebrity Traitors” continues to captivate audiences as contestants navigate alliances, betrayals, and strategic gameplay in a bid to emerge victorious.
