A man who passed away in an alleged incident at a holiday park has been identified in a photo for the first time, as heartfelt tributes pour in following the tragic loss.
Identified as Raymond Cosgrove, aged 33, the man lost his life after authorities responded to an emergency call at Rothesay Gardens in Wemyss Bay Holiday Park, Inverclyde, Scotland, at 12:05 am on Sunday. The father of three was sadly declared deceased at the scene after medical personnel discovered him injured.
Police Scotland, providing support to Raymond’s family, announced that two individuals were apprehended after the sudden death of the 33-year-old, and one of them has been charged with assault.
Following Raymond’s demise over the weekend, authorities detained a 21-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman in connection with an alleged assault. The man has been officially charged and is set to appear in Glasgow Sheriff Court, while the woman was released pending further investigation.
Law enforcement officials descended on the holiday park post the reported incident on Sunday, with forensic experts seen at a crime scene established between two caravans.
