The sibling of a convicted rapist has revealed intimate details about him following his imprisonment alongside his aristocratic partner for the tragic death of their infant daughter. Mark Gordon, 51, and Constance Marten, 38, engaged in a tumultuous relationship often likened to “Romeo and Juliet,” leading them to flee authorities to conceal their newborn, Victoria, from social services. Unfortunately, the child perished, likely due to hypothermia, resulting in the couple’s arrest and subsequent sentencing to 14 years in prison for gross negligence manslaughter.
Following their court sentencing in London, Gordon’s half-sister Karen Satchell, 54, disclosed that he aspired to start anew after a previous incarceration, eventually having another child with Marten before disappearing with her. The pair’s journey began when Gordon met Marten in a London incense shop in 2014, following his earlier prison term. Despite periodic family visits, Gordon, dubbed “The Preacher” by fellow inmates, kept his first daughter a secret until she was two years old.
