Samsung has officially announced that the upcoming Galaxy S series smartphones will be revealed later this month at the Galaxy Unpacked event in San Francisco on February 25. The event will showcase the new Samsung Galaxy S26 lineup, which includes the standard S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra. Fans can watch the live stream of Galaxy Unpacked on the Samsung website starting at 6pm GMT.
Ahead of the event, Samsung is offering special incentives to fans who register early. By signing up, participants can receive a £30 voucher for Galaxy ecosystem products, double storage upon pre-ordering a new phone, and a chance to win one of 10 £500 Samsung vouchers.
Samsung teased the new smartphones earlier this month, highlighting their integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) features to enhance user experience. The company emphasized that the Galaxy S series represents a new era of AI technology aimed at simplifying daily tasks and seamlessly integrating Galaxy AI into users’ lives.
As retailers prepare for the launch of the new Galaxy series, discounts on the current Galaxy S25 range have been observed. Sky Mobile recently reduced the monthly price of the S25 Ultra from £43 to £31, offering a savings of £432. However, customers should note that this deal requires a 36-month contract and comes with a 100MB data allowance, which may require additional data purchase.
Additionally, Amazon is currently offering a 20% discount on select models of the standard S25 and S25 Ultra when purchased outright, with nearly £250 off the original prices. The discounted prices for these phones are £639.20 and £999.20, respectively, but the promotion is valid until February 24 or while stocks last.
The Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event on February 25 will be broadcast live on Samsung.com, providing fans with an opportunity to register their interest in the event.
