A Russian judge, Vasily Vetlugin, aged 40, was brutally murdered in Kamyshin, Volgograd region. The judge was shot, stabbed in the eye, and had his genitals placed in his mouth. Graphic images circulated by Telegram channels depicted the gruesome scene of the judge’s body, with a knife lodged in his head, lying on a public street in daylight. Despite rumors of an affair, Vetlugin’s family vehemently denied any such allegations, emphasizing his marital status and character.
