“Authorities Release CCTV of Missing Woman in Ongoing Search”

CCTV footage of a woman who went missing three weeks ago has been released by authorities in an ongoing search effort. Alexandra Harrod, aged 47, disappeared from Seaton, Cumbria on August 30. She was last spotted in Workington and Whitehaven shortly after her disappearance.

The police have made public the CCTV recording of Alexandra in a Costa Coffee outlet in Whitehaven on September 2. The footage, captured around 11:20 am that day, depicts Alexandra inside the shop on King Street, dressed in a dark padded coat and tracksuit pants.

Described as a white woman with short dark hair, Alexandra was last seen wearing dark tracksuit pants, a dark padded jacket, and carrying a dark rucksack. Authorities are urging any relatives or friends who have not yet come forward to contact them. Anyone with information on Alexandra’s whereabouts or sightings of her is urged to reach out to the police on 101.

Alexandra, who also goes by ‘Alex’, has connections to various locations across the UK, including Leeds, Wiltshire, Durham, Dorset, and Devon. Meanwhile, authorities are actively searching for a missing woman following a house fire in Gardenstown, Aberdeenshire. She was reportedly inside the property when the fire broke out early on Thursday. Emergency services responded to the incident swiftly, with four fire engines dispatched to the scene in Seatown village after the alarm was raised just before 5 am that day.

One individual was transported to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for medical attention. A joint investigation involving the police and the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service is ongoing, with emergency services maintaining a presence at the site.
