He was set to attend the Manchester derby at the Etihad Stadium, where Manchester City was playing against Manchester United. Hatton, a devoted City fan, had a hospitality table reserved for the event.
With a record of 45 wins and three losses, Hatton’s death was confirmed by the authorities who stated that there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding it.
