Many individuals have their favorite McDonald’s orders, ranging from classics like the Big Mac, McChicken Sandwich, to a Chicken McNuggets meal. To spice things up, a fast-food enthusiast recently revealed ordering two burgers from McDonald’s ‘secret menu’ to compare them with the regular items.
In a TikTok video, user OmarTheCritic showcased his experience with the Sea and Air burger, a unique creation that combines a chicken and fish patty in a Quarter Pounder with Cheese. This custom order required either assembling the burgers separately or modifying the Quarter Pounder with Cheese at the kiosk by adding extra toppings. Impressed by the taste, he remarked, “That actually works! All it is missing is [extra] sauce, and this thing would be fantastic.”
He then sampled the Chicken Big Mac, which is similar to a traditional Big Mac but with chicken replacing the beef patties.
The Chicken Big Mac appeared on McDonald’s main menu in select UK branches during a promotional period this summer and has returned, alongside the rest of the Monopoly menu, to the current offerings.
Omar expressed his satisfaction with the Chicken Big Mac, describing it as “much better” while visibly enjoying each bite.
Responding to his video, one viewer noted, “The Chicken Big Mac isn’t a secret menu item; anyone can order it.”
Another viewer commented, “You’re missing out if the Chicken Big Mac isn’t on your menu. In Norway, it’s part of the regular menu.”
A third user remarked, “Your opinion is invalid because you didn’t like the pickle.”
Although customization is possible at McDonald’s, the chain does not officially offer a secret menu for customers. ‘Secret items’ are typically created by substituting ingredients from existing menu items, and while some locations may accommodate unconventional requests, others may require customers to order individual items for DIY off-menu creations.
This revelation follows a former McDonald’s chef sharing the recipe for the iconic Big Mac sauce, allowing enthusiasts to recreate it at home.
Mike Haracz, who previously served as a corporate chef at McDonald’s, has been divulging insider tips on his TikTok channel, including the ingredients needed for making the signature Big Mac sauce.
