“Melania Trump Avoids Holding Hands with Trump Over Bruise”

Must Read

Melania Trump was seen subtly avoiding holding hands with President Donald Trump after a bruise on his hand was noticed earlier today. The couple was observed walking together as they departed Air Force One upon their arrival in the UK this evening. The bruise on Trump’s hand was not visible during his interactions with UK officials before they proceeded to the helicopter, Marine One, with Melania firmly gripping his hand.

At Stansted Airport, RAF personnel from The King’s Colour Squadron formed a guard of honor as Trump disembarked from Air Force One. US security services were also present, conducting security checks on individuals with scanning wands.

Trump and Melania are scheduled to travel to the US ambassador’s residence in central London from Stanstead. The President’s second state visit to the UK will involve engagements with the Royal Family and the Starmers.

Recent attention has been drawn to the bruising on Trump’s hand, fueling speculation about his health due to public appearances and absences. Trump, now 79 years old, became the oldest president to be inaugurated at the age of 78.

The patches on Trump’s hand, resembling bruises, have been observed on various occasions. The White House attributed the patches to frequent handshaking and aspirin use for cardiovascular health benefits.

According to Trump’s doctor, Sean Barbarella, the bruising is a minor soft tissue irritation from handshaking and aspirin use for cardiovascular health. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt reiterated that the president maintains excellent health despite the visible bruising.

Last month, the White House disclosed that Trump was diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), which can lead to poor blood circulation in the limbs, explaining the recent swelling in his ankles.

Before boarding Air Force One, Trump commended King Charles as a “friend” and praised his representation of the country. Since 1952, only three US Presidents have undertaken state visits to the UK, including George W. Bush in 2003, Barack Obama in 2009, and Trump in 2019.
