Samsung recently introduced the Galaxy S25 FE (Fan Edition), a more affordable option, but Motorola is set to launch a budget-friendly device that outshines it. Priced at just £69.99, the moto g06 offers a significant cost advantage compared to the FE model.
Despite its low price, the moto g06 boasts a vibrant 6.88-inch display, a 50MP rear camera, a splash-proof design, and a luxurious soft texture finish. Additionally, it features Gorilla Glass 3 for screen protection, expandable storage via a microSD card, and stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Bass Boost technology, as well as a MediaTek Helio G81 Extreme chipset.
Motorola also promises smart AI upgrades like Circle to Search with Google and image editing tools such as Magic Editor, Magic Eraser, and Photo Unblur. The company is set to release a moto g06 power variant alongside the g06, which will come with a larger 7000mAh battery offering extended usage time.
The moto g06 power, priced at £89.99, is expected to deliver up to two and a half days of battery life on a single charge. Miles Norman, UK&I Country General Manager at Motorola, expressed pride in offering exceptional features at an affordable price point with the moto g06 and g06 power, emphasizing the devices’ suitability for today’s always-on lifestyles.
