Nigel Farage has reiterated his stance on deporting migrant women back to their home countries if he wins the election.
The leader of Reform UK stated that women arriving in Britain on small boats would be deported to Afghanistan under his strict deportation plans. Farage mentioned that children might be treated differently due to the need for a duty of care, although he noted that very few children arrive on small boats, rendering the issue irrelevant.
In a recent interview at Reform’s annual conference in Birmingham, Farage confirmed that all individuals crossing the English Channel would be detained and deported, including men and women. When asked if women would be sent to Afghanistan, he responded affirmatively, citing the ongoing crisis in the country.
Last month, Farage revealed his intention to deport approximately 600,000 asylum seekers within five years, with projected costs estimated at £10 billion. Despite previous statements indicating the difficulty of deporting all illegal immigrants, Farage emphasized his unwavering commitment to strict immigration policies.
During a speech at London Oxford Airport, Farage reiterated his position, stating that those entering the UK illegally would face detention and deportation, with no possibility of remaining in the country.
