“Oasis Afterparty DJ Set Canceled Amid Paul Gallagher’s Legal Troubles”

Must Read

Paul Gallagher has canceled his Oasis afterparty DJ set in Dublin before his court appearance later this month. The older sibling of Liam and Noel Gallagher was scheduled to perform at The Grand Social to coincide with the Oasis reunion tour’s Dublin shows. The police reported in July that Paul Gallagher, aged 59 and residing in East Finchley, north London, faces charges including rape, coercive behavior, sexual assault, strangulation, making threats, and bodily harm. He is expected to appear in court on Wednesday, August 27.

A spokesperson for The Grand Social confirmed that Paul Gallagher will not be DJing at the Oasis afterparty. Instead, Mani from The Stone Roses will DJ on Saturday, and Alan McGee will DJ on Sunday. The event organizers, Up Close and Personal Promotions, have not yet provided a comment.

Last August, Liam and Noel Gallagher announced their first joint performance since Oasis disbanded in 2009. The Oasis Live ’25 tour started in Cardiff’s Principality Stadium in July and continued to Manchester, London, and Edinburgh. The band is set to play two sold-out shows at Dublin’s Croke Park on August 16 and August 17.
