Sky has unveiled an exciting new update that is sure to catch the attention of viewers. The television provider has confirmed the launch of a new subscription plan that combines several popular streaming services at a reduced monthly rate. For just £24 per month, both new and existing customers will gain access to Disney+, Netflix, Hayu, and the upcoming HBO Max app.

According to Sky, this bundle offers great value for money, as it includes approximately £20 worth of streaming apps for a lower price. Considering that Sky’s basic plan currently costs £15 per month, customers can access the additional content for just an extra £9.

In addition to the streaming services, subscribers to the Ultimate TV plan will enjoy over 130 channels, featuring Sky Comedy, Sky Documentaries, Sky Crime, Sky History, and more.

Furthermore, users signed up for Sky Cinema will benefit from a dedicated Disney movie channel directly added to their planner, enabling them to watch Disney blockbusters without needing to open the Disney+ app.

Existing Disney+ subscribers who sign up through Sky can easily transfer their current plan, whether Standard or Premium, while maintaining their profiles and viewing history.

Sky has assured users that all supported apps will be seamlessly accessible from the homepage, with integrated content. This allows users to discover shows and movies through voice search and save them to a Playlist for later viewing.

The new Sky Ultimate plan will be available across Sky Glass, Sky Stream, and Sky Q platforms.

Sophia Ahmad, Sky’s Chief Consumer Officer, expressed that this update signifies a “new era” for Sky and NOW, as it brings together Sky, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, and Hayu under one subscription. She highlighted the integrated viewing experience and unbeatable value for customers, mentioning that HBO Max will be included at no additional cost for NOW Entertainment customers.

Sky emphasized that this move reflects its commitment to innovation, providing viewers with a convenient way to enjoy premium entertainment in a single place.

INCLUDED IN THE UPDATE:
