Reflecting on their cost-cutting measures, Hayley shared that they were spending significantly more while living in the UK than they had realized. By simplifying their lifestyle and reevaluating their expenditures, they discovered substantial savings. For instance, their monthly rent alone in the UK amounted to between £1,500 and £2,000, whereas in Bali, they now have an apartment with a pool, including bills, for just £500 a month.
