Starting April 1st, Virgin Media users who already subscribe to Sky Entertainment channels will receive Sky Atlantic at no extra cost. This update applies to Virgin TV 360 and Stream box customers. To access Sky Atlantic shows like Heated Rivalry and The Last Of Us, users can simply tune in to channel 111 on the Virgin TV platform or watch on-demand via Virgin TV Go.
David Bouchier, Chief TV and Entertainment Officer at Virgin Media O2, highlighted the seamless entertainment and added value this addition brings to over a million Virgin TV customers. The channel offers gripping drama from the UK and the US, promising an enhanced viewing experience without any additional charges.
Meanwhile, Sky has unveiled its new Ultimate TV plan, priced at £24, which includes premium channels like Disney+, Netflix, and HBO Max. Sophia Ahmad, Sky’s Chief Consumer Officer, described this update as a “new era” for Sky and NOW, combining Sky, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, and Hayu in a single subscription package. This plan will be available across Sky Glass, Sky Stream, and Sky Q platforms.
