Engaging with residents from various towns reveals a common concern about the rising cost of living.

This issue has always been significant to me. I have been actively involved in advocating for changes to make infant formula more accessible to new parents and assisting families in avoiding predatory lenders.

It is a moment of pride to contribute my experiences as a retailer and entrepreneur. I aim to offer a unique perspective, drawing from my leadership in a family business that provides employment to many and offers affordable, high-quality food to millions.

Understanding the financial pressures faced by businesses in meeting payroll obligations and the challenges families encounter in providing regular meals, I bring firsthand knowledge of the entrepreneurial spirit and dedication required to pursue innovative ideas.

The present Labour administration has prioritized economic expansion and committed to removing hindrances that impede growth. However, sustainable growth hinges on private enterprise, necessitating a conducive environment for investment and business operations characterized by stability and favorable regulations.

I have always maintained that Westminster does not possess all the solutions. Yet, I firmly believe that active participation and candid discussions from individuals with direct involvement yield better outcomes. In my new role, I pledge to uphold this principle.
