“Win Exclusive Fruit-Inspired Knitwear in innocent’s Big Knit Revival”

Must Read

This fall marks the revival of innocent smoothies’ Big Knit initiative, which has received a stylish update this year. Led by The Great British Bake Off star Prue Leith and showcased by knitters from Age UK, this year’s campaign has collaborated with popular fashion brand House of Sunny to introduce five exclusive knitwear pieces inspired by fruits featured in innocent’s smoothies.

The sweaters and cardigans reflect House of Sunny’s distinctive playful and vibrant design aesthetic, adorned with fruity patterns on the front. Starting from October 22, the limited-edition knitwear collection can be won through giveaways on innocent’s website and Instagram account.

Prue expressed her enthusiasm for the campaign, emphasizing its broader purpose beyond just creating small hats, which is to assist Age UK in enhancing the well-being of older individuals. She praised the new fruity-themed fashion collection as colorful and enjoyable.

Established in 2003, the Big Knit campaign has raised over £3.6 million to support elderly individuals throughout the UK. In partnership with Age UK, the initiative involves hand-knitting tiny hats for innocent smoothie bottles, with 30p from each bottle sold contributing to the welfare of older people.

While the campaign traditionally centered on charming knitted hats for innocent smoothies, this year introduces the chance to win and wear fruity knitwear. The collection features five designs including strawberry, cherry, mango, lemon, and pineapple, available in crew neck jumper or collared cardigan styles.

To participate in winning one of the knitwear pieces, individuals can visit innocent’s website and Instagram account starting from October 22 at 10 am to learn more and enter the draw. Additional releases are scheduled for October 24, 28, and 31, and November 4.

The competition closes on November 5 at 11:59 pm, with winners selected shortly thereafter. There are 450 cardigans up for grabs, including 150 strawberry, 150 cherry, and 150 lemon designs, as well as 300 jumpers, comprising 150 pineapple and 150 mango designs.

To enter the draw, participants need to follow a secure link, provide their name, email, and dress size (S-M/M-L). Additionally, entrants have the option to make a donation to Age UK while entering, supporting the charity’s initiatives while vying for the chance to win knitwear pieces.

Apart from online donations, individuals can also contribute to the Age UK Big Knit campaign by purchasing innocent smoothies adorned with one of 1.3 million knitted or crochet hats. These products are available at Sainsbury’s and Co-op stores nationwide.
