Apple has recently introduced the new MacBook Neo, a visually appealing laptop that offers a more budget-friendly option for consumers. Priced at £599, the MacBook Neo is significantly cheaper than the latest M5-powered MacBook Air.
Despite its lower price point, the MacBook Neo maintains a premium look and feel, featuring a sleek aluminium design, a vibrant 13-inch Liquid Retina display, a long-lasting 16-hour battery life, and a comfortable keyboard suitable for everyday tasks. Buyers can select from four attractive color options: Silver, Citrus, Indigo, and Blush.
To maintain affordability, Apple has outfitted the Neo with the A18 Pro chip typically found in their smartphones. This allows the laptop to handle tasks like web browsing, video editing, photo retouching, and streaming content with ease.
Sky is offering a deal that further reduces the cost of owning the MacBook Neo. Priced at £12.50 per month on a 48-month contract, the package includes a SIM card with 100MB of free data, requiring a £24 upfront payment. The total cost over the contract period amounts to £624, slightly higher than purchasing the laptop outright.
For the 256GB model priced at £12.50 per month, users will not have access to a Touch ID fingerprint scanner on the keyboard. To include Touch ID, customers can opt for the 512GB version at £15 per month.
Apart from Sky, the MacBook Neo is also available through various retailers like Argos, Currys, and Amazon.
