In a spirited speech, Polanski took aim at Keir Starmer’s government, accusing them of being out of touch with the climate crisis and other critical issues. He differentiated the Green Party’s stance from that of other political parties, emphasizing a vision of “eco-populism” centered on hope rather than despair. He criticized Labour’s approach to national issues and warned against continuing on the same path, suggesting that it could lead to detrimental consequences for the country.
