Kanye West has raised alarm among his followers by expressing regret for his involvement in existence.
The rapper, aged 48, engaged in a brief street conversation with Mystery Fashionist, a TikTok account boasting close to 300,000 followers, in Japan. Identifying himself as “Ye from Chi,” a nod to his hometown Chicago, he was requested to evaluate his attire and elaborate on it.
“It’s consistently a 10/10,” Ye declared, gesturing towards his original Yeezy 950 boots. He mentioned acquiring the rest of his outfit – jeans paired with a coordinated shirt and leather jacket – from a pop-up store he had visited earlier that day. The interviewer, Ajay Porter, then inquired, “What fashion trend do you regret being part of?”
After a brief pause, Ye, appearing serious, responded, “Life.” Subsequently, the interview concluded, prompting fans to flood the TikTok post with anxious remarks. Observations varied from “He looks different” to “Why does he sound so despondent, bro” and “Ye seems exhausted, man.”
One fan shared, “He doesn’t even sound like himself.” Another commented, “Life… He’s not wrong lol. It’s challenging out here!!” A separate TikTok user remarked, “‘Always a 10/10’ – he sounded like old YE for a moment.”
“Sending Ye love & healing,” another supporter expressed. “I almost doubted this was Ye until he mentioned ‘Life,'” added another fan. This instance is not the initial occasion Kanye has caused concern among his supporters, with previous incidents including public outbursts against his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, addressing her dating life and parenting methods, controversial music releases, and making anti-Semitic statements.
Moreover, apprehensions have arisen regarding his interactions with his spouse, Bianca Censori, particularly concerning a recent list of strict regulations he purportedly enforces on her, encompassing areas from her diet and workout routines to restrictions on tattoos and tanning, which have surfaced. Kanye’s melancholic revelation emerges subsequent to Kim disclosing details about their marriage and parenting of their four children.
