Kim Kardashian received a heartfelt birthday message from her daughter, North West, as the reality TV star marked her 45th birthday. Kim took to Instagram Stories to share the sweet words from her 12-year-old daughter, expressing love and gratitude for her mom’s support.
In the post, North’s message read, “Happy birthday to my mom, I love you so much and I hope you have the best birthday ever. Thank you for always being there for me and supporting me!” Kim also included a smiling and crying emoji in the post, featuring a photo of the mother-daughter pair posing together.
The post comes following criticism aimed at Kim for allowing North to get a dermal finger piercing, with some labeling her as a “bad mother,” a sentiment that North clearly doesn’t agree with. Kim also revealed that her children, including North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm, have not seen their father, Kanye West, in months.
In a recent interview on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Kim shared that North encouraged her to “move on” from Kanye. Kim and Kanye, who married in 2014 and later filed for divorce due to irreconcilable differences, have faced challenges in their relationship. Kim emphasized that her focus remains on her kids and she is content being single at the moment.
Kim also disclosed that the final straw in her marriage to Kanye was his negative comments about her family members, expressing that such behavior was unacceptable to her. Despite the ups and downs, Kim has chosen to prioritize her children and her well-being in this phase of her life.
