Hudson Williams’s partner, Katelyn Larson, is setting boundaries with fans of the show “Heated Rivalry.”
Larson, a tattoo artist based in Vancouver, spoke out about her relationship with the co-star of the show, addressing fans for their intrusive behavior.
In a post on her Instagram story on September 22, Larson stated, “I didn’t plan to address this, but a few individuals have recently overstepped boundaries, prompting me to speak up.”
The couple has been together for several years, predating Williams’s rise to fame, notably for his role as Shane Hollander in the popular Crave series alongside Connor Storrie.
Acknowledging that many fans discovered her tattoo studio through the show, Larson expressed gratitude for those genuinely interested in her art or seeking tattoos. However, she emphasized that some fans have made appointments solely to ask uncomfortable questions about her and Williams.
Larson firmly stated, “Booking appointments based solely on the show’s connection crosses a significant line. It is uncomfortable for everyone when questions about myself or Hudson are brought up during appointments. Please refrain from doing so.”
Despite Williams’s rapid rise to stardom, the couple has largely maintained privacy regarding their relationship, as Williams has previously emphasized in interviews.
Williams showcased their personal life on Valentine’s Day through an Instagram story dedicated to Larson. They also appeared together at the Vanity Fair Oscar party and the Canadian Screen Awards in March and May, respectively.
The cast of “Heated Rivalry” has previously addressed inappropriate fan behavior on social media platforms.
During a recent event at the Toronto International Film Festival, dedicated fans waited for nearly 12 hours to catch a glimpse of Williams and secure a ticket to the premiere of his upcoming project, “Yaga,” a series based on Slavic folklore set to stream in October.
One fan, adorned in a Shane Hollander jersey, expressed admiration for Williams, describing him as a breakthrough star and a global phenomenon, emphasizing the need to support his success.
Amidst the intense attention, Williams did not engage with the press on the red carpet, while his “Yaga” co-star, Carrie-Anne Moss, expressed confidence in his ability to handle the spotlight, stating, “He’s doing great.”
The second season of “Heated Rivalry” is currently in production in Canada and is scheduled to premiere in April 2027.
