In various locations in Ukraine, Putin’s military forces targeted a cardiology institute, resulting in two fatalities, a wine factory, and a children’s educational facility. Evacuation efforts were carried out at the wine plant in Odesa, where 50 workers were safely removed.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko confirmed the extinguishing of a fire at a state medical institution, with the discovery of two deceased individuals on-site and the successful rescue of five people. Additionally, reports indicated that two Kinzhal hypersonic missiles struck fortified storage facilities housing Ukrainian F-16 fighter jets at the Starokostiantyniv airbase in the Khmelnytskyi region, as per Russian sources.
