The Toronto Raptors are set to kick off the upcoming NBA season with a home game for the 14th time in the last 15 years. The NBA released the complete schedule for the 2026-27 season, revealing that the Raptors will start their campaign on October 21 against the Chicago Bulls at Scotiabank Arena. Following their home opener, Toronto will hit the road to face the Washington Wizards just two days later.
Among the notable matchups at home, the Raptors will have back-to-back games against the defending champions, the New York Knicks, on November 15 and 17. Additionally, they will host Victor Wembanyama’s San Antonio Spurs on December 10 and Canadian standout Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Oklahoma City Thunder on March 10.
January will be the busiest month for the Raptors, with a total of 17 games scheduled, including a six-game homestand. Throughout the season, Toronto is slated to play 15 back-to-back games, with seven of them requiring no travel. The NBA has announced 80 out of the team’s 82 games, with the remaining two to be determined following the conclusion of the in-season NBA Cup tournament.
Despite their impressive lineup of games, the Raptors will not be featured on the coveted Christmas Day schedule this year. The last time Toronto played on December 25 was in 2019 when they were the reigning NBA champions.
